Amuse Bouche
A platter of eight assorted hors d' oeuvres.

Pumpkin Soup
Thick and naturally sweet pumpkin soup.

Arugula Salad
Farm-grown arugula tossed in Lemon Balsamic Vinaigrette with herbed tomatoes, feta and parmesan shavings.

Roast Herbed Chicken
Chicken marinated in herbs, slow roasted to golden perfection and served with vegetable rice pilaf.

Mixed Seafood Stew
Squid, shrimps, mussels, clams and fish in special seafood cream sauce and served with vol-au-vent.

Nirvana
A blend of caramel chocolate mousse and pistachio cream on a bed of crisp chocolate crunch and chocolate cake covered with homemade chocolate brilliant sauce
